Ryan Braun, OF, 3B – Milwaukee Brewers

“Nights like this are fun, kind of few and far-between,” said Braun, who had a career-high six RBIs. “So you have to enjoy them when they come.”

Ryan, who has five homers in his last 14 games, went 3-for-6 to raise his batting average to .320.

Craig Breslow, P – Minnesota Twins

Craig pitched two innings in the Twins loss to the Orioles, which featured 3 rain delays, lasting 2 hours and 49 minutes.  He gave up Luke Scott’s solo shot to deep center on the first pitch he threw and then retired 6 out the next 7 batters.  Somehow he lowered his ERA to 6.52.

Scott Feldman, P – Texas Rangers

Scott won his second game of the year, over the A’s, allowing two runs on four hits, walking two and striking out three in his third start since replacing Kris Benson in the starting rotation.

“I love starting,” Feldman said. “It’s been a lot of fun the last three games. I don’t want to take anything for granted though. When they tell me to pitch I want to do well. It’s nice to get the opportunity to be a regular starter.”

Scott, who grew up near Oakland in Burlingame had lots of family members and friends in attendance said, “Sure it’s nice to win with them in the stands. Any time you can pitch well it’s only going to help things.”

For his performance, Scott has earned a Chai 5!
